Our Education & Inclusion services

From early intervention to fully supported onsite provision, Rise can build the right response around the young person and the setting.

Early Intervention Alternative Provision (EIAP)

Flexible education and support put in place earlier when a young person is struggling

Onsite Alternative Provision

Rise can help design, set up, build the team and support the delivery of Alternative Provision within a school or education setting.

Wider Education & Inclusion Support

Bespoke education, attendance and engagement support, inclusion work, provision development, reintegration and specialist input.

EARLY INTERVENTION ALTERNATIVE PROVISION (EIAP)

Support earlier, before needs escalate.

Early Intervention Alternative Provision provides flexible education and support earlier, when a child or young person is struggling to attend, engage or cope in school. Rise looks at what is happening, what has already been tried and what support could help the young person reconnect with education.

Attendance & engagement. Support when getting into or staying engaged in education is difficult.

Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA). Support when attending school feels difficult or overwhelming.

Bespoke education. Tutoring, mentoring and specialist support built around the young person.

Reintegration & transition. Planned support towards returning to education or moving to the right next setting.

Onsite Alternative Provision, designed, built and delivered with you.

Rise can work with schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities to create Alternative Provision within an existing education setting. We can support one part of the process or help bring the whole provision together.

01

Understand & Design

We work with you to understand the need, what is already in place and what the onsite provision needs to achieve. From there, we help shape the right model.

02

Build the Provision

We help develop the curriculum, environment, resources, routines and practical structure needed for the provision to operate effectively.

03

Build the Team

Rise can bring together the practitioners and specialist expertise needed to deliver the provision and support the young people within it.

04

Deliver, Review & Adapt

We can remain involved in day-to-day delivery, parent and carer engagement, team support and ongoing review as the provision develops and needs change.

Wider Education & Inclusion Support

Not every situation needs a full programme or new provision. Rise can also provide targeted support around a young person, setting or existing provision.

Bespoke Education
Flexible education built around a young person when a standard approach is not working.

Provision Review & Development
Reviewing what is already in place, what is working and what could be strengthened.

Attendance & Engagement
Practical support when attending or staying engaged in education is becoming difficult.

Reintegration & Transition

Planned support towards returning to education or moving to the right next setting.

Inclusion Support
Helping settings strengthen support and meet needs earlier.

The Challenge

A mainstream secondary school, working through the Local Authority, needed an onsite Alternative Provision for young people who needed a different approach to education.

What Rise Did

Rise helped set up the provision, built the team, developed the curriculum, organised resources and brought in specialist expertise where needed.

Our Role

We stayed involved in the day-to-day delivery, worked with parents and carers, supported the team and reviewed the provision as needs changed.

More than staffing. Rise helped design, build and deliver the provision.
