We were created by education and care specialists who recognised that traditional recruitment focuses too heavily on job titles and not enough on human impact.
We don’t see “just teachers” or “just therapists”.

Who Our Associates Are
Rise Associates are not defined by a single job title.
They may come from backgrounds in:
- education
- therapy and counselling
- youth work and mentoring
- sport and physical wellbeing
- coaching and personal development
- social care and community services
What unites them is their ability to:
- build trust with vulnerable people
- support emotional regulation and wellbeing
- influence behaviour positively
- create structure, safety, and belonging
- help individuals move forward in life
They are life managers, mind developers, and life changers and we recruit accordingly.
All Rise Associates are self-employed professionals and/or agency workers, carefully vetted through safeguarding-led recruitment processes.
What We Do
We recruit and supply wellbeing-led intervention professionals to organisations working with vulnerable children, young people, and adults, including:
